The Forex Monster - Week 1

A week ago I thought pips were something you get plenty of in a watermelon and that a broker was someone who sold you finance or Florida real estate. So you could say I thrust myself into the deep end when I went ahead and bought The Forex Monster last week. I am quite new to the forex trading world. The sales letter said that a teenager could fire it up and turn a profit. After having read some reviews I took a stab in the dark and wallah I got my self the newest latest trading robot around. So like Theo over at The Forex Monster and Me I decided to chronicle my progress for ya all to see. So here goes:

Week 1: I decided not to use real money at this stage.
I thought I would do a dry run first for a few weeks so as I could work this robot out. It is pretty step by step and straight forward to run. I started on Tuesday and I put 5000 on the dummy run. It said you could just let it run and check it once a day but being a new toy I did go back to see what it was doing every 5 minutes or so. I must admit the action is pretty boring. I dragged myself to bed quite late that night. The next chance I got to check it was Wednesday night after work. It hit 4 winning trades and one losing trade. The winning trades where for 570 and the losing for 130 so I was up to 5440. Thursday after work I was on 5780 with three winning trades. Friday I actually checked from work during lunch and I had a negative trade of 320 which brought me back down to 5460. After drinks on Friday i got me home in the wee hours of the morning. I just wanted to go to bed. I couldn't really be bothered starting the laptop, waiting for windows to load logging in and checking the result so I decided to just leave it to Saturday Morning. Well that didn't happen I got myself up at about 12.30 in this afternoon. I have turned the thing on and logged myself in. My Friday lunchtime negative trade was followed by two positive trades. The first one was 835 and the second one was 315. So I am now on 6610 on my dummy account.
